El Dominicano Restaurant

Had lunch at El Dominicano today during a volleyball tournament at John Jay High School across the street and wow, it was incredible! I ordered the pernil with yellow rice and beans, and everything was packed with flavor. The green sauce on the side took it to another level, absolutely delicious. The staff were so kind and accommodating, making the experience even better. I’ll definitely be heading back soon. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Upon entering we were immediately greeted by the staff. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere, the staff were very friendly and polite. We were there for one thing specifically (Mangu) thank you Clarissa for cooking so well, thank you Jonathan for being so helpful and thank your mom for us. Definitely will recommend this restaurant for the tasty Spanish food. I’m definitely going back.

Delicious, immaculately clean and amazing service. We stopped in based on the great reviews and were welcomed with a smile. The pernil was not salty and flavorful. Beef stew and beans were on point - the price was also a great value. Jonathan was so kind and greeted his regulars with their first names. He truly takes pride in making his customers feel at home, we will definitely be back when we come up to Apple and pumpkin pick.

Not only was the food good the service made it even better. Everyone was nice and I liked how the owner came out (not only to us but others) and asked us how the food was and took his time to talk with us and even tell us the best and safest way to visit the city. You can tell he really cares. He has a barbershop and salon too in the plaza!

Coming from buffalo to the area and Google recommended this restaurant. Definitely recommend YOU VISIT! They also have a burger and natural juice next door which is the full package. Thank you guys for the amazing service and experience, we will be back!
