This place is a hidden gem. I randomly found that the brewery was mearby and was excited. Their food was great and the beer was as expected. I teally like their beer so it was a good experience. Only thing was that the service was slow, and the servers are not too attentitive.
This spot is so unsuspecting. Once your park though and walk up the ramp it is straightforward finding the restaurant inside. The service here was great as you can choose to sit at the bar and order everything there or at a table with a waiter attending to you. My partner and I chose the bar which was bright from the huge light up sign showing some drink favorites. It also advertised ciders and other options of drink. Definitely order any of the handmade pizzas if you are hungry. The Blush is what we had the pleasure of enjoying. The mother clicker chicken sandwich was good but ordering it with a side of tator tots that were deeeeep fried was heavy. In terms of drink my partner tried one of the listed favs, Through The Valley. He would def order it again.
We visited Sloop at opening last Friday for the first time while traveling in the area. The complex that the brewery is in is massive and I’ve been wanting to look up the history of it but it’s definitely a cool space nonetheless! We grabbed seats at the bar and were taken care of very well by the girl who was working bartending for the bar patrons as well as table seated guests. The beer was good, we also got a pepperoni pizza which was alright. Wish we tried some of their other food instead but will next time. The space is huge with a lot of table seating as well as a pretty large bar, theres even a small outdoor area as well. We will stop back next time we find ourselves in the area!
Great beer.
We were passing through and thought we’d grab a bite. The beer was tasty, the food was good.
I’m giving only 3 stars because of the staff.
The waitress seemed to care less if there were customers or not. The guy delivering the food was in a haste with only three customers in the building.
My order came out wrong and all that came from it was “the kitchen is sorry “.
Honestly, we would have stayed for a second beer but since they didn’t care to swing by, we left early.
I can’t say I’d recommend this place but not because of the food/drink. Maybe just sit at the bar if you go.
Do not be confused like I was when I arrived, it looks nothing like an eatery. It looks like a factory. This is a very interesting place. You can watch the game or even play board games which are provided. (Unfortunately, the arcade games don't work). I actually came for the Dan Dan noodles but they no longer make them, but I stayed for the burgers which were delicious. There homemade sauce was really tasty. They also make their own brews.
