The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive throughout our stay. They went out of their way to check in on us, were very communicative, and made genuine efforts to ensure we were taken care of. We really appreciated the thoughtful gestures and their willingness to be fair and accommodating. While the stay ran into a few maintenance issues, the way the hosts handled everything speaks highly of them, and we’re grateful for their hospitality. They went out of their way to fix the issues, even brining a bottle of wine and chocolate, which helped us know we were going to be taken care of, as the gestures were so kind!
Had the best stay at Hudson House. It is STUNNING! Huge house, decorated with meticulous style and design. So many entertaining areas, and the pool and views are divine. Perfect getaway from NYC. I will come back to stay any day.
This house is amazing. Gorgeous view! I loved quiet mornings sitting in the screened-in deck looking at the Hudson river and bridge. The pool, jacuzzi and outdoor lounge areas are perfect! Communication with the owner was easy and seamless. I can’t wait to return!
What a treat! This place has everything you could want, need, or “never” even dreamed of. The views of the Hudson River and Valley are spectacular, no matter what season. Seeing those views accompanied by soaring eagles and feeding wildlife from any window or deck is truly amazing. Down on the incredible pool deck, those views are enhanced further, while catching some sun and “surf.”
The rooms, each and every one of them are unique, clean and comfortable.
Hudson House is a must for anyone visiting the Adirondack area.
Stayed at Hudson house in the summer and in the winter and cannot recommend this place more. Situated in Newburgh, it has the best view of all of Beacon and the Hudson Valley and is breathtaking. The house is full of charm and little “moments” everywhere - from the colorful game room, to the classic lodge fireplace, and the outdoor pool & hot tub areas which feel like you’re nestled at the edge of the world. Very close to shops, museums, and day hikes - the place is the perfect escape for a long weekend or an extended stay. Great hosts, Great views, great value. Thanks Hudson house!! 🏠
