Cannot say enough good things! I am very anxious when it comes to the dentist. I have always had "bad" teeth and have gone to too many dentists where I was made to feel shamed and embarrassed. Everyone at Bright Smiles was beyond reassuring, kind, gentle, and respectful. For the first time in my life, I am actually not dreading going back. I feel like I am totally in good hands at Bright Smiles!

Bright Smile's entire staff are warm and welcoming and professional. Dr. Cruz has an amazing bedside manner and is very gentle as is his assistant, Terry. No pain…lots of smiles. Terrific experience!

Was able to get in an emergency session with Dr Cruz for a filling that needed to be redone. Everyone on staff was extremely kind & welcoming. I had no pain and the filling looks great! Highly recommend to other folks looking for quality dental care.

I can't say enough great things about Bright Smiles of Hudson Valley! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The office is modern, clean, and equipped with the latest technology, which immediately put me at ease.
Dr. Cruz is truly outstanding, knowledgeable, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. I never felt rushed, and they made sure I was comfortable during my entire visit. Whether it's a routine cleaning or more complex work, I always feel like I'm in great hands.

From the second I arrived as a new patient, I was genuinely cared for. The orientation was clear and welcoming, and I barely had to wait before being seen. Terry made X-rays easy and even asked what music I liked, then played it during the imaging!

For the exam, Dr. Cruz took the time to really listen, making me feel heard and understood. Shannon was incredibly helpful throughout the process and kept everything smooth and easy. Walking into Bright Smiles feels like showing up to a loving family’s Thanksgiving! Everyone at this practice is friendly, helpful, and clearly enjoys working together.

The office itself is beautiful and calming, with large windows that look out onto greenery, and a soothing, peaceful interior. They use the latest imaging technology and went above and beyond reviewing my medical history—even asking about a bone I broke in 1997!

They were able to squeeze me in for a same-day cleaning, and Dinene was awesome… gentle, cheerful, just a wonderful bedside manner. My teeth are cleaner than they’ve ever been.

As someone without dental insurance, I was also so grateful for how affordable the exam and cleaning were.

Honestly, I couldn’t have felt more comfortable even if someone were there holding my hand.
