Our family absolutely LOVES Dr. Cook and her office team. We wouldn’t go any place else for our dental care. Dr. Cook is so knowledgeable, efficient, and takes her time. The staff from the front office, to the back office is patient, professional and are wonderful with children. Our children love to go and aren’t scared at all (because it can be a scary experience). So grateful for this dental “Dream Team”. Our family highly recommends them.
We’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with Dr. Gina Prokosch-Cook, DDS! Dr. Gina and her hygienist Karen are so patient, kind, and amazing with my 4-year-old daughter. They go above and beyond to make her feel comfortable — they even gave her stuffed puppy, Patch, a check-up too! The visit was genuinely enjoyable, and I’ve never seen a kid so excited about getting a new toothbrush and picking out stickers. We’re so grateful to have found such a warm, caring dental office that makes every visit something to look forward to!
My recent dental visit with Dr. Prokosch-Cook and her staff was exceptional. My first visit included an exam, x-rays and cleaning by Karen. I’ve never had a better experience at a dentists office. It was easy to discuss my dental health and needs with Dr. Cook. The whole staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. You will be hard pressed to find a better dental office than this one.
Great experience all around; Karen is a wonderful hygienist - very friendly and thorough and explains every procedure well. Highly recommend this practice.
