What an incredible dentist! I was able to get in within an hour of calling for an emergency. The office is pristine, the staff is so friendly and the dentist was so thorough. I am so grateful to have an amazing dentist right here in Cold Spring. Thank you to the amazing staff for a wonderful experience all around. I will definitely be back for future cleanings. Very impressed with the warm staff and kind hygienists. Going to the dentist is never an enjoyable experience, but chestnut oak really has a small family feel. Kimmy gave my teeth cleaning, and did a fantastic job.
Dr. Costigan came recommend from a friend and she meet all expectations, highly professional. I came for a teeth cleaning and X-rays, I did have an abnormality on one of my teeth, but Dr.Costigan didn’t overstep, she referred me to an oral surgeon. Even with the bad news, this was excellent dental care.

I didn't think it was possible to genuinely enjoy going to the dentist until I found Dr. Costigan. She is exceptionally competent and thorough and appears to genuinely love what she does. Based on my experience—from a broken tooth to routine cleanings—she’s a healthcare professional who not only cares for and protects her patients but who also listens with respect and attention. Truly: my teenage son even seems happy to head to see her! As an extra bonus, the ambience of her impeccable office is calming, both on account of the decor and her efficient staff's warmth. I have tremendous gratitude for her expertise. How long until my next cleaning? :)
