Very convenient, but I was not happy with the service at all. I paid $41 for the best service package and there are horrible streaks on the inside of all of my windows. A worker on the exit side of the business made a rude comment to me and wanted me to rush out of the car. I don’t think I will visit again.
I love this car wash and all the staff. I've been a loyal customer for the past 10 years. There are other washes that are closer to my home but I go to wonderwash because of the people as well as the car wash quality.Everyone there works really hard. They are always pleasant and if you ever have an issue, they don't hesitate to address your concerns. I can't think of another business that I deal with that has employees and an owner that are so personable and care about their customers as they do. To the few negative reviewers ...I'm guessing they never worked in a fast paced service position,as they are so quick to condem those who are. and clearly they are incapable of communicating their concerns reasonably without bashing a quality local business online. I think they should look in the mirror at themselves and maybe not keep so much crap-in their car when they're going to a car wash to have the interior cleaned-given the expectations they have.
And one of them that posted photos clearly should clean their car a little more often if they want better results, no car wash you can spend the hours it would take to clean that filthy Car while they have other customers also waiting to get service ,so ridiculous! And further, if you would have voiced your dissatisfaction respectfully in person, not via Google Reviews, I'm sure they would have attempted to accommodate even your unrealistic expectation. This is a great car wash with great people and should be recognized for their quality service always done with a smile!
Came through for a quick car wash, but they noticed something was up with our hood and completely fixed it! Completely unexpected and could not have been more grateful 🥰
10/10 recommend you stopping in for any of your car washing needs!
I'm not here to bash this small business, but when I pay $41 dollars for a car wash, as well as an interior clean, I would expect the interior to be clean. I attach photos of the deficiencies. I noticed this immediately, but unfortunately, I did not have time to have them reclean it. Not satisfied
