I have used Tom‘s repair for several different things since I’ve moved to the area last year. What you will get from these folks is honesty, a thorough job and above all else courtesy and respect!

For reference, I needed a full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and a rattle near the muffler addressed (which turned out to be a loose heat shield). I tried to get into two local dealerships to be told I would have to wait a week and a half or longer with no option for a loaner because my required service didn't bave anything to do with safety or they had no loaners available. I called Tom's and was able to get an appointment for a few days later.

It was a great experience. My car was done earlier than anticipated and everything I needed done or had concerns about was completed and addressed for a much lower cost than I was expecting. Great service all around and I'm glad to know there's a local place I can go to get service done right without the run around and in a convenient location that I can walk to work and not need a loaner.
