    I have had Triple A for 10 plus years, and I have never come across such a company that made me consider cancelling my subscription. Anthony responded to my AAA call, then he took one look at my driveway and said he won’t come because it wasn’t plowed properly. I didn’t get it at first, but I understood so I shoveled the entire driveway myself and put salt down, then I had to use another service call to request someone. The same exact guy came again. He didn’t even leave the truck, he just took one look again and said. It still white, so he’s not going to tow. Again, I understood what he meant. So I salted it AGAIN, then waited 4 hours before I requested another call. Then the Triple A dispatcher Caroline said that she won’t send someone else based on the photos Anthony sent 6 hours prior. She also made me feel like crap saying that nobody from Aaa was going to help because I kept requesting service and she threatened me to say that this was my last call so if I call again, she’s not going to send anyone but she’s going to just cancel it and count it as my last call. I was embarrassed and at this point I felt defeated. I sat outside in my car for hours trying to move it and ultimately gave up and had to miss work.

    The next day, I requested service, the same guy Anthony was going to come again, but I had to cancel because I wasn’t going to be there. So the following day, now my car has been stuck 3 days. 2 service calls used, still nothing. The last and final call I have, I requested a tow with a flatbed this time because I thought I broke something under my car. This time. Sean AND Anthony came. They tried to help, and I saw the effort, but I didn’t want to tell them how to do their job because their supposed to be the experts, again, they couldn’t get the car out. They tried to pull the one wheel instead of both of the back wheels to pull it out straight. Now my last call is used, and it’s been 4 days going into 5 days and my car is still stuck. I have no calls left and I don’t get paid until next week, and there’s a storm coming on Sunday. This just keeps getting worst and I thought Anthony would keep his word to come back later in the day, I waited the whole day hoping for him to come outside but he never came. I’m very disappointed because when I read the reviews I saw that this was a reputable company. I hope in the future if I give them another chance, I don’t get someone that can’t finish the job. Now I have trauma everytime I’m going to call triple A because I never once thought a tow truck would leave without ever finishing a job. Now that I have experienced it, it’s hard to trust Triple A and just any tow company.

    Russ , responding to my aaa roadside assistance request, was prompt, friendly, and not only professional, but acted as almost a guardian angel 👼. He went drive from deep in Kingston to where I was stuck in new paltz on a dark and lonely stretch of road and got me and my friends back in the road ! Thanks to Modena, AAA and especially my New Friend Russel for everything!!! 🙏🏻

    Big thumbs up to Doug! My engine stalled while I was in the Mohonks, and I thought I’d need a tow. Doug showed up, quickly diagnosed the issue, and identified that the brake fluid was low. He generously offered to add some from his own supply—and just like that, my car was up and running again. Truly grateful for his kindness and help!

    Just wanted to send a big shout out to Conor who picked me up from Kingston after I broke down on the Thruway in the dead of night. He towed my Volvo all the way to Hudson and backed me into the last tight spot at the drop off. Good kid. Good future. Good company. Thanks Modena!
