When I received a letter noting a requirement for a Code 59 Compliance audit, I panicked. This is not something that my organization had been subject to in the past and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I immediately received multiple letters from inspectors on the Dept of Labors approved vendor list and it was a bit overwhelming. I setup my appointment with Nancy over the phone and she let me know what to expect and how to prepare. I met with her shortly thereafter for the audit and she made the process painless. We had the audit done and we were sent a professional report with instructions on where to send it as promised. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nancy and HVSA.
