I can not say enough GREAT things about Lou from Sullivan HVAC. He come right on time to repair my Mitsubishi split unit. Lou immediately diagnosed the problem and explained it to me clearly what supposed to be done to repair and the price was very affordable. Lou took his time to make sure that every is working. On more important thing I have to mention which never happened with any other companies. I lost little tightening screw, so Lou offer to go back home to find that little screw, THAT IS AMAZING that I call PROFESSIONALISM. I would and will highly recommended Sullivan HVAC.
