Tranquility Spa

I went here for the first time the other day. It was very big which I didn’t expect. Massage wasn’t terrible but also wasn’t the best. Few pointers - first, always have the massage therapists wipe off the oil after massage. No one wants to be drenched in oil and left that way. It’s uncomfortable and I’ve never had that elsewhere - at least wipe it off with a warm towel after. Second, the oil wasn’t warm at first which isn’t enjoyable. Also there is no WiFi downstairs in the relax area. I asked a worker for the WiFi PW and they said they don’t use it bc it sucks… there is no reason such a large establishment shouldn’t have any WiFi available. Am I supposed to just stare at the wall? Lastly, if someone asks for specific recommendations, reception should give it. I cancelled my appt elsewhere bc I kept being told “everyone is good” that doesn’t make me trust you. Surely you want repeat clients so if I ask for the best ppl for deep tissue specifically, give me names and NOT just whoever is available at that time. I was told this person was exceptional at deep tissue and while she was very kind, she certainly didn’t seem to specialize in it.

Hi my Name is Donna Piscitelli I had my very 1st spa treatment at your location. I had a mud wrap . Which was fantastic then shower then a deep massage. I came out feeling great. I went to another place in Pa where I live ,I willnever go back again. When I came out I was so sore. Told my husband I will never go back there. Sticking with my Tranquility Spa. That was 12 yrs ago Thank you for such a fantastic service

Peter was the best massage I’ve ever had in my life highly recommend him. The spa overall is pretty nice. It’s clean the locker rooms could definitely use an Upgrade, however the spa rooms are very clean and Peter is phenomenal and definitely will be back

As soon as you go down the stairs to the lounge area/changing room you feel relaxed. The warm tea and water is also a nice touch! I got a massage and it was done very well! The customer service of the front desk, masseuse and other staff was also top notch! Would recommend .

Had a wonderfully relaxing massage with Arlene. Booking was easy. Great steam room. Comparably priced for the area. Good parking available. Pleasant reception team. No complaints!
