Tricia Shannon and Joanne Mackonochie are the excellent team that sold my home. They recommended that I have a preview of the listing which lead to multiple buyers seeing our house on day 1. This and their recommendation of a low asking price, prompted bidding among the buyers. We had multiple bids over the asking price on day 2. The bid we accepted on day 3 was 10% over what our most optimistic expectation. So, on that alone, they earned their commission. The team went to the town to check if there were any issues with getting a certificate of occupancy (CO), found a few, and worked with the town, contractors, and us to resolve the issues well before closing. As a result, the closing went smoothly for us, the buyers, and every one involved. Yes, I was asked to write this review. Normally, I wouldn't bother, but this team of Tricia and Joanne were exceptional for us. Writing this review is the least I can do.
