Topping off our pool. Every year we need to top off our pool and call Troncillito. They are always fill with crystal clear water and I never have an issue with algae. Just chlorine and one bag of shock, run the filter 24 hours first time and pool is ready. Recommended highly!
Sometimes 5 stars is just not enough. This here is a perfect example of that. Gary Troncillito offers hands down, the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure of having. He is genuine and will go above and beyond to help a complete stranger who is across the country. If I still lived in New York I would recommend him to anyone in need of the services he provides. We called and made an appointment to have our pool filled. They were able to come two days later. They called to confirm, showed up on time and did a great job. All are very friendly and professional. Very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!
We have had such amazing experiences. From trucks to use to water a newly planted lawn, to filling my pool for the last 3 summers. Delivery guy is wonderfully nice, same one every year so we don’t have to give any special directions (pool is far from driveway and yard is too soft for truck). Love this company and have recommended to friends multiple times.
