Jose Acosta has the patience of a saint. I’ve lost count how many years we were actually working with him (almost three years?) but we finally closed on a home! Another day we needed a one family with a pool. He tells it as it is but with kindness. He understood we didn’t have a lot of money but had a dream to raise our kids in a better environment. He appreciated that we were also trying to bring older relatives with us from Queens and that that added another layer of specific needs. He rolled with the flow and always tried to help us get the best for our situation. He came to the pre-inspections, walkthrough and closing, always advocating for us. At the very end of the process we had an unexpected “tenants suddenly have a lease and won’t vacate the premises” situation, and he took care of that smoothly as well. Even after the closing, he has connected us with workers to get us the best deals. We truly appreciate the time we spent with Jose. We know it wasn’t as easy as it may have been with other clients, and we are grateful we had Jose to hold our hands through this stressful time.
