    Let's tell the REAL truth here. This is supposed to be for the low income people. And ELECTRICITY IS SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED IN THE MONTHLY RENT. They are or at least were charging EXTRA in the monthly rent for everyone who has an air conditioner or more. They charge you by the btu's. And the guy who started it all, ERIC DESSO-flew the coupe and ran to florida. And they have the wrong people living there and will rent to anyone. ENOUGH SAID?
