Warren knows his stuff and will in the front is a nice warm guy. Everyone is easy to talk to and I trust they are looking g out from me the customer.

Friendly and amazing service! Called in this afternoon to discuss a job and Will spoke to me for over 20mins about the ins and outs of the job, causes, and solutions! A truly knowledgeable technician that wants what's best for his customers!

T&W Auto is my FOREVER MECHANIC.

My engine died in my WRX. I was heavily invested in the car so I was prepared for a big expense. I did A LOT of research on where to bring it. T&W Auto stood out significantly because of their google reviews. I gave them a call, set up a drop off time, and towed it to the shop. Within an hour or so, I get a call from Warren and the bad news. He told me the issue. I quickly call my family friend mechanic and relayed Warrens diagnosis of my engine. The family friend agreed in full. I call T&W Auto back and ask what are my options. Warren quickly tells me that they can get a junkyard replacement engine with low milage and install it for a variety of price points. I’m hesitant, but learn through Warren that if a car is totaled from the rear, the engine can be 100% ok to use. He walked me through their process and answered every question, especially how they vet the junkyard engines, examine the pictures, ask the owners of the yard questions, etc. Plus, Warren has done this A LOT and has significant experience with it. Warrens honesty made an impact on me. It felt good in my gut, TRUST YOUR GUT. I’m sold. Warren and team order me a used engine from the west coast. They receive it. Warren calls me and says, I don’t like this engine, it was not in the condition advertised. I’m blown away by the HONESTY. He asks if I have time to wait for something better. I do, and say wait. He sends it back, and 2 weeks later we get a much better engine that Warren approves of. They install it and all the nuances needed, hoses, turbo charger cleaning, etc. I pick it up, Warren gives me the break-in instructions and says enjoy. My car, my baby, is alive again, and PERFORMS BETTER!

They could have installed that crappy engine and I would never know. This is why T&W Auto is my forever mechanic.

Since then, I have had numerous other repair jobs completed perfectly through T&W Auto, and I’m HAPPY to give them my money for QUALITY and HONEST work. I drive an hour just to go to them LOL! Even though they specialize in Subaru’s, I will be bringing my NON-Subaru cars to T&W Auto, because I TRUST them. They are my first call, first recommendation to friends and family for car stuff. I introduced my mom to them!

It is not easy finding, developing, and having relationships with people that you trust who possess technical knowledge that you don’t know jack about. T&W Auto has made my life (auto repair life) better. I can’t say enough good things about them. The whole team at T&W Auto is a family of friends and a small business, so it feels even better helping them and their livelihood (their families) have a business that puts food on the table. They are a reminder that there are still GOOD PEOPLE in this crazy world we live in. That’s a good thing to support…

Its hard to find a good, trustworthy mechanic shop, but i finally found it. This place is awesome. Everyone I have talked too has been extremely friendly and helpful. I came to get a carbon cleaning and coolant flush/hose replacement. After checking it out they said the car didnt need the carbon cleaning and saved me $600. I love the honesty. If you need a reliable trustworthy shop, this is the place to go!

They have excellent knowledge about the body shop. They fixed my 2023 Suburban very well in a short time. These guys are trained from the cradle.
I found this shop through my friend. It's really hard to find a good and trustworthy shop in the five boroughs. One of the most untrustworthy and slippery businesses is the body shop. I absolutely highly recommend.
