I recently purchased a new motorcycle from Suffolk County Harley-Davidson, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From start to finish, the entire process was exceptional. Mike Lombardo was an outstanding salesperson—he truly listened to what I wanted and needed, and made sure I got exactly that. Greg did a great job helping work out the deal, and Pete and Rubens were fantastic with the parts and installation. Renee, thank you for the quick turnaround!
The whole process was smooth, easy, and enjoyable. I want to thank the entire Harley-Davidson team for making this such a great experience.
Greg is awesome and honest. Worth the trip. Selection is awesome. I was like a kid in a candy store. Great experience 5 stars all around. Thanks Mike and Greg
Was just looking, but salesman Gregg was great. Showed me what I was interested in and was very knowledgeable of all the bikes.
Update: Returned and ended up buying a 2025 Road Glide. Everyone was so helpful with the purchase process and explaining about everything I needed to know. Highly recommended if purchasing a new or used motorcycle.
I had a great experience shopping at Suffolk Harley-Davidson. Mike Allen made buying a motorcycle a breeze. He treated me with respect and guided me through the whole purchase. I would highly recommend anybody in the market for a Harley to reach out to Mike Allen at Suffolk Harley Davidson. I absolutely love my 2025 Street Glide.
I was at the motorcycle dealer next door to this Harley dealership. Which I have passed for years now. But I never went in.
I mean I just got my first bike. I'm not really ready for a Harley at this point. Nor do I even think I'm a Harley guy. But I'm a motorcycle guy now I guess they're always been.
It was near closing probably about an hour half hour to go. It was just steps away so I decided to walk in.
What a beautiful store. It's so clean and nice and the apparel to the right is just great the way they have it laid out and there's even like a little lounge on the right side there.
There was one other couple there shopping. And I just peruse the bikes and walked around and took a bunch of pictures and just took it all in nobody pressured me I wasn't bothered or anything I felt very comfortable. Which is a nice surprise because a lot of motorcycle dealers are all over you the moment you step in the door. I'm glad this wasn't the experience.
I was about to leave after looking at the sportsters. And the Pan America as well as a few others when I was next to the desk of one of the salesmen.
Mike Allen. What a nice guy he spent the rest of his time of the day they're talking to me about Harleys and motorcycles in general. Which ones he thought were good for me and possibly something I could look at in the future. Really very very helpful and outgoing and just a motorcycle guy who loves things on two wheels. We even joked that when we were old and gray we would ride one of the trikes rather than a wheelchair.
Thanks for making it a really welcoming experience. I will certainly be back just to even buy some gear or boots.
