I can’t say enough great things about my first experience with Maroney’s Harley-Davidson.
From the minute I stepped through the door the process of getting me on my new HD was seamless. I worked with Kevin who was awesome in every way. He took the time to show me all the inventory I was interested in, both used and new. I landed on a new 25’ Hertiage Classic in whiskey fire that I just couldn’t look away from. Kevin made the whole process seamless and got me riding it out that afternoon. With Maroney’s being my local HD spot, I’m excited to be a regular there for everything they have going on. Couldn’t be happier with my experience & purchase there. This HD dealership is the real deal!

My 2021 Pan America Special was originally stored at the dealership, but after discovering a motor issue with metal shavings in the oil pan, I left the bike in their care.

Jim Maroney personally took charge of the situation and went above and beyond to advocate on my behalf when complications arose with a replacement crate motor. Despite challenges with the manufacturer, Jim ensured that Harley-Davidson provided a proper, ready-to-install engine rather than a rebuild, reflecting his commitment to fairness and customer satisfaction.

Throughout the lengthy process—extended due to backordered parts and seasonal timing—Jim and his team remained transparent, professional, and consistently communicative. They provided regular updates and ultimately waived any additional storage fees, recognizing the unique circumstances.

Moroney’s Harley-Davidson exemplifies what true customer service and leadership should look like in the motorcycle industry. Their honesty, dedication, and attention to detail have earned my highest recommendation.

This review is long overdue. This establishment was so unbelievable in getting a gray ghost for me. They didn’t have any in stock when I inquired about getting one but in 3 days found one after contacting 13 different dealerships and traded one of their bikes in a swap to get it for me. The staff here is incredible and so good at what they do. I own restaurants and even though this is retail it felt like they were all trained in hospitality. If you’re thinking of buying a bike this is the only place you should ever consider. I’ll be a loyal customer for life!

Moroney's is a gem. Very old small family owned and run Harley dealer with every new model in every color and tons and tons of used bikes for sale. They are super nice and super professional and super fast. They paid me top dollar for my trades and the used bike they sold me at an unbeatable price is incredible! Thank you Moroney's!
