Ruth Keeling, PA-C

Ruth Keeling is a great PA, my appointment was an emergency and she took great care of me. The location is not too far from my house and I was seen a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. I will be back for my check up.

This was without a shadow of a doubt one of the most enjoyable doctor visit experiences I have ever encountered.

Dr. Ruth was professional and courteous. She was cheerful and an utter delight to be around. She lifted my spirits from the moment she walked in to the room.

She listened to everything I had to say. Went through all the notes I brought with me. She listened to every detail and explained everything that was going very succinctly and concisely.

On the 1-10 scale I would say she deserved a 128. To be clear, I am an actual patient, not someone paid to write these things or a “business associate”. I will fully stand by everything I wrote.

I will recommend this clinic and Ruth in particular. Everyone I encountered treated me so well. They acted like they didn't just “come to work” but were actually there because they cared!

I was able to get an appointment with PA Ruth Keeling the next day. She was very friendly and efficient. Overall a very positive experience.

In person experience is great. ENT & Allergies is quick and easy to get an appointment with. PA Keeling specifically was professional and worked great with my child who hadn’t seen her before for a visit. My only reason for the 4 star and not the 5 is the follow up is awful so far. It’s been four days, and two phone calls and messages later and I still have not heard back from her or anyone on the medical team regarding a simple concern I have once I realized I had given PA Keeling a wrong date and she gave me information based off that date. I had called shortly after leaving the office with the correct information and was supposed to get a callback and it didn’t happen all day. I called again the following day and the rep herself couldn’t even get through to PA Keeling or anyone at all. Another message was left for a callback and still radio silence yesterday. Post-appointment follow-up care over the phone would be amazing to actually receive, especially when it could be handled in less than sixty seconds if by her, or maybe a little more if by a doctor who hasn’t laid eyes on my child and would be speaking generally vs. personally. Again, PA Keeling was great in person and I have zero complaints of the actual interaction or visit with her or how she was when interacting with me or my child. She was extremely friendly and welcoming which helped eased things for my child. It’s just the post that has me irked right now.
