I took my husband to Doctor Munzer and the entire experience was amazing! The reception was fantastic and Doctor Munzer addressed the situation thoroughly and explained everything he did and solved the issue. His assistant Dana was wonderful as well. It was an emergency situation and was taken care of and made sure we stayed in the office until he was comfortable with us going home. I would recommend Doctor Munzer and his staff to everyone! Dr Munzer is great! He took the time to explain the reason for my sinus and ear issues, and stopped to ask if I had any questions which he answered fully The medication prescribed started working on day one. Dr Munzer is the best, I highly recommend him.
I’m a BIG FAN of this doctor. I went to him earlier this year because my voice was hoarse and cracking a bit. He examined my throat and suggested that a nodule in my thyroid might be pressing on the nerve to my vocal cord on the left side. He said the vocal cord on the left was not moving. He prescribed some diagnostics and referred me to a couple of specialists to choose from locally and in NYC. He placed a phone call to follow up with me after each test result came in, including tests ordered by the specialists he referred me to. After diagnostics were done, it was clear my thyroid needed to be removed to avoid further complications with that nerve , which could affect my ability to speak. He called to see how my surgery schedule was progressing with the specialist I chose. Though I had been seeing an endocrinologist for my thyroid for 30 years, that doctor did not detect the nodule. Dr Munzer did. I’m grateful for his skill and his follow -through with patients.
