I like Dr. Yohannan as well but I echo the other complaints. I visited the office to have a form filled out regarding a physical that I had done. The receptionist told me that no one else could sign my form. I just missed Dr. Yohannan and the following day was my cutoff for the form. The receptionist assured me that she would have it signed and email the form to me. Well, 11:30 AM rolled around and I received nothing. I tried calling that ridiculous service they have and I was able to speak to someone on 2 separate calls. Each time I was placed on hold and after 30 seconds the line transferred to a ringing line that no one answered. It's very frustrating with this new system going on there. Finally spoke to a gentleman on my 3rd call and he understood my frustration and an hour later he emailed the form to me. It seems like there is no direct line to speak to someone anymore. Not a fan.
10+ year patient and then new ownership. While I like Dr C Yohannan, the practice itself has deteriorated immensely. It takes 3 calls to get a prescription filled. So disappointing. I can’t recommend them at all, unfortunately.
This office used to be amazing ! Since WMC took over it is disappointing. The desk staff rarely knows the answers to basic questions.
Kisha Schramm is the ONLY reason why I stay here. She is an incredible PA - she takes her time and really listens. I’ll do a separate review for her because she deserves to receive 5 stars.
