Facility was clean and welcoming upon arrival. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Wait time was reasonable and the techs (I had 3 different scans there) were all kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

Everyone was so pleasantly throughout my visit, even Megan, the one that took my appointment was a sweetheart in the tech was awesome. That was one of the reasons why I chose to come back every year thank you for your service. I appreciate your kindness and just keep it up.

I'm a man in my 40's who have had scans before. But this was the worse scan experience I have ever had. I had an MRI of my Fimar with and without contrast. So longer than usual scan and all the way into the machine. I arrived at 1 for my 1:30 appointment. Sat until 1:50 in the waiting area. Then went back, got changed into shorts for the exam. Got an IV which was done painfully and rushed. I waited until 2:15 until they walked me into the scan area. They put me into their older machine it seemed, because I have had scans before there, and the first machine I went on was much newer. This one had old duct tape holding the plastic frame inplace in the tunnel. The tray I laid on had a gap in the middle of the tray for some function or access point. But what that causes is in 10 minutes i was in lower back pain and my butt was asleep. I told the tech I was in extreme discomfort and wanted to get a pillow or something, she basically we could but have to reset the scan and I had 25 minutes left. So I agreed to tough it out. So 35 minutes of pain later, I was freed. I dont think the staff is bad. Thats why this is a 2 star review. But they are trying to pump so many scans in one day, they leave no room in their schedule for adjustments or issues, like I needed.

As I walked in I was greeted by a staff member and seen at the front desk right away. Waited for about 10 min B4 I was called to the back. Everything went smoothly and in a timely manner. I was treated with love and concern. I'm very happy with the service I received. Thanks guys!!!!

After working all day, it was refreshing to check in with a very nice woman who was thoughtful, kind and engaging. The MRI Tech was also a sweetheart and made my anxiety so much less by displaying concern, kindness and levity. Unfortunately, I don't recall either of their names but they should definitely be recognized for their approach and care after THEIR long day as well. My sincere thank you to them both. Happy Holidays!
