This was my first of what I know will be many more visits. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable; providing suggestions for my latest DIY project. I needed the wooden rods I bought cut to a specific measurement and Jackson skillfully did the job. Rondie (not sure of the spelling) assisted me in locating and figuring what materials were best for my project. I recommend this hardware.
They truly don’t make business ran by GREAT ppl anymore like this, each time, someone answered the phone promptly - Kevin, Blake, Rondi and were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, treated me with respect and patience as I have no idea what I’m buying most of the time (second time home reno project). They tried their best and delivered the product in a timely manner and I will be coming back for all my hardware and paint needs, I only wish they provided MORE materials lol!
The Gentleman whom I believe may be the owner was attentive and informed on the merchandise and community events. Our Minisink Valley Kiwanis Club held a Tricky Tray fundraiser about a month ago.
