Called and got the unit storage the next day. the unit was clean and water tight when it rained. Thier customer service was above a 5 star rating. We needed an extra day and they were willing to work with us. if you need a storage unit, this is the place to get one from.
I moved out of my house in June and didn't close on my new place until two months later so I needed a pod to store my belongings. At first, I thought pods would be too expensive but realized it costs the same and sometimes less than getting a storage unit at a specific location and this was much more convenient. Pod was clean and service was professional. Highly recommend and will use again if I ever need it.
UNITS has been an absolute pleasure to use for renting an on-site storage unit. In my opinion not only was the cost the most reasonable in Suffolk County but delivery was prompt. They put the unit wherever I wanted. It was elevated enough to where it did not sit completely flat. This enabled my belongings to be free of any water/snow damage coming into the unit. It was also extremely clean. Thanks Dan & George for your professionalism and timeliness.
When we needed storage because we were doing some construction, I called around and found this local business -Units! They just opened. Everything is brand new. The price was terrific. They have a delivery system that puts it exactly where you want it. It maneuvers it into the tightest of spaces. We ended up keeping it longer than anticipated, and they were very helpful and courteous and kind. We were dealing with a person, not a corporation contact Dan he will help you out. The service was impeccable and the unit was really really nice. Highly recommend!
We used units for storage during our 6 month house renovation. It’s was so easy to set up deliver and pickup and the unit was clean and just what we needed. I would definitely recommend and use again should we ever be in need in onsite storage.
