Everyone from Ralph the salesman, Tami the cust service supervisor and Sammy the foreman were all great. Of course I haven't unpacked anything yet so this review could change if things are busted up but from what I've seen so far they all did a great job.
We just completed an interstate move with Freedom Mayflower and it was a pleasant and professional experience from the first meeting to the last box being delivered out of the trucks. The estimate was spot-on from Ralph, the support was great throughout from Tami, and the moving crew, led by Jimmy, was amazing in how professional, supportive, problem-solving, and STRONG they were!! Wow, we would work with Freedom Mayflower again in a minute!
We've Freedom Moving 3 times and each time has been an easy experience. The office staff were helpful to setting an appointment and explaining everything. I got reminders the day before and notified before they arrived. Movers were friendly, helpful and made sure I was happy with their work before leaving. If I ever need help with moving or getting stuff out of storage again, I'm hiring them again.
We did a "double" move with Freedom!! The entire Team was great and made every step basically a breeze, from the virtual estimate, coordination and movers. We moved from a 3 bedroom, full attic & basement, putting a lot in storage, with the exception of a bedroom, which they set up for us at our temporary location! All storage items were put into the unit with care and items were wrapped and stored for our next move. When we were ready to make the 2nd move the movers came and worked as fast and carefully as the 1st crew. We were extremely pleased and have recommended this company to others. Pricing was on point with no hidden/surprise fees!!
We were referred to Freedom Moving and Storage by good friends who also made the move from NJ to Delaware. They went on and on about the great service they received. Well, we too had an excellent experience from the very start with David all the way through Jimi and his team, unloading our last box. Friendly, intelligent, hard working people!!!
