Friendly staff and service shop there regularly. Service with smile
I had an outstanding experience at Stewart’s gas station! As soon as we pulled in, we were greeted right away by the manager, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. They took care of us immediately and even reminded us about our rewards card, which we had totally forgotten about,saved us some money right there!
The manager made me the best ice coffee, thank you 😊
Parking was super easy, and everything was clean and well organized. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days, especially at a gas station. Stewart’s really goes above and beyond. Highly recommend stopping here!
I love these shops and am a regular at several if these stores. This store is definitely in need of further training. They need way better inventory management for sure. They run out of too many things too often.
They also need to learn how to "fully" hand pack a pint of ice cream. I've purchased several from this store and have been disappointed every time. When you open the top it looks like a hack job and not full to the top so the paper touches the cream. There's a large air gap between top and the paper at the top.
I still give it a three star instead of a two rating because most of the people are very nice and try hard to provide good service. I also know that this is a new store. If they get the "details" of their job right they will soon be five star.
So I’m not one to jump on here and leave a google review but for this situation it just seemed like I had too. First of all the one and only worker in this location was extremely rude and just didn’t seem like she wanted to be working here at all. I got no hello or good morning when I walked in, which on any other given day I go here I normally do. Second my breakfast I got myself as you can see in the picture is lacking almost majority of its contents. As I went to leave the store I still got nothing from the worker, only words she spoke to me was how much I owed when I paid and that “your good to go” after I had paid. I understand that not everyone is a morning person or has bad days, I myself work in a restaurant so I’m not some Karen who works an office job I do understand customer service and this entire experience was just lacking in every aspect.
