My first time at this location. The security guards and the agent were courteous and professional. I didn't have an appointment and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this office. I would give 10 stars if it were an option.
I had a problem with my very first payment and was advised to go to a Social Security Office. I went to this one and was very pleased that I did! The security guard told me what to do, and I waited 5 minutes for assistance. A really sharp woman helped me and got everything taken care of in short order. First rate!
The Waiting time is like any civic institutions. The customer service workers are professional and respectful (in my opinion) they also try to help out your specific case (by the book) to have all processing go rapidly and smoothly.
