Love this area.
I give them a 3 1/2 star rating. These buildings are originally named after Roberto Clemente. The man they were named after is a legendary baseball player born in Puerto Rico. He played in the National League for the Pittsburgh Pirates and had to deal with racism due to the color of his skin even though he was born in Puerto Rico. That made him an American citizen since he was born. He was best know for his humanitarian work to help others in need. Look up his death and it will tell you about the real man he was.
They have security on staff at these complex but their not the best when it comes to doing their job. The buildings (6 total) are about over 50% Hasidic Jews families only. The rest are Latinos, African decent with a few other nationalities mixed in as well. Management and staff workers try to maintain the building in good order but like any large complex, you have those who just don't actually care and those other families who have those disruptive, no respect kids who only know how to act out.
