I recently bought a car from a dealership and was given two key fobs, however one didn't work. The dealership couldn't figure out the problem and I drove straight to Village Lock and Door. Bob and his staff figured out the issue, reprogrammed the fob and it works great. Excellent service and very nice people.

Every time I go in here I have an awesome experience. I have a Honda crv and my key fob stoped working. They replaced it for me for under 200 dollars out the door. And they spent a good amount of time inspecting the actual door mechanics of the door locking components, without extra charge. They repaired an issue I had with the locking mechanism on the door free of charge In this really bad heat. I feel like they went above and beyond, customer service matters to them. And to top things off they’re great company.
