I love this place, period, and I recommend both Long Island locations to friends and family! I went there today to get magnesium either in capsule form or to soak my feet in (I ended up getting magnesium flakes) and I decided to try Piping Rock’s 9 Wonders Oil, which I was interested in the last time I went. This is a review for Carlyle Nutritionals, the in-house marketing co. at 2110 Smithtown Ave. They are guilty of false advertising, and using bait & switch tactics to sell Amazon merchandise. I have proof that the Magnesium Glycinate pills I bought recently claimed to be 200mg online, but when I got the product in the mail, I was shocked to discover the label said only 20mg were the gummies! Worse yet, when I called the company to complain, instead of the phone being answered locally here in NY, the call was routed overseas to some 3rd party foreigner whose accent I couldn't understand a bit. Carlyle Nutritionals is clearly NOT a repubtable company, when their quality-control is so poor, and typos or mistakes on product labels are ignored, brushed off, and even kept online for future customers to be misled and ripped off. NOT recommended!

I have ordered several items from Piping Rock over the past couple of months. The prices are remarkable, the quality of their products exceptional and their customer service above reproach. I received my packages quickly and intact. I have had only one tiny issue, when a bottle leaked a small amount, just enough to make most of the other items sticky. It wasn't any big deal, everything rinsed off easily with plain water and nothing was ruined. There was the issue of the leaking seal on that one item. I dropped them a note using the contact us button on their site and within a few hours had a response. I was only letting them know and suggesting how it might be avoided in the future. What I got was kindness overkill! They sent a replacement, free of charge. This kind of customer care is unusual. They have won my loyalty. I recommend them unconditionally.
