It was extremely easy to set an appointment with an insurance specialist, clear instructions to signing up a policy, felt like the agent was knowledgeable and cordial and most of all...able to explain the benefits of my new policy with the savings I would receive. Who doesn't like discounts & savings? Felt like a valued customer and that's extremely important to me. I sincerely hope it's not just for signing up but that it will continue in the future. I don't enjoy switching insurance companies because it's my nature to be loyal as long as I am treated well.

The agency owner Wayne was so very helpful! He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable, I did not feel like he was trying to push me into coverage I did not need or want.
