Great & reliable service, good price very professional for oil to gas conversion. I installed may 2021 so far no issues working great because they did good job.
I converted to gas from oil this past week. Chris is extremely transparent in his assessment and pricing. He explained the process thoroughly. He was on time,
there were no surprises and when he saw an issue on the outside of the house he contacted national grid, spoke to them when they arrived and was always communicating with me. I have had various people in my house for various projects but this company lived up to every promise and was extremely professional.
Chris and team installed a new gas furnace for me in Feb. 2020. They did an awesome job and were very professional. Fast forward 3.5 years later to torrential downpours we had here on Long Island on Friday, 10/1/23. Some water was leaking onto my basement floor through the furnace cement that connects the furnace vent into the chimney. I called Chris and left a message. Not only did he call me back within 10 minutes, he remembered the job immediately and offered to send his guys over to patch it free of charge!!! He also took the time to explain why we were having the leak and what we can do in the future to prevent. Sure enough, his guys came the following Tuesday to repatch. They were as professional and as friendly as could be. In this day of contractor horror stories, I want to commend and give a shout-out to Chris and his team for not only being great at what they do, but also for their excellent customer service and professionalism. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Recently converted from oil to gas heat using Wilco Mechanical. I couldn't be happier with how well everything went from quoting to the finished installation. Chris is an expert and it showed throughout the process. He handled everything, permits, removal of the oil tank, chimney liner, etc. Very easy to work with, reliable, thoroughly explained the process and answered any questions. I'm impressed with the work, I highly recommend
