Received the run around from my normal car repair place for a muffler repair. I went to 2 other places, both of which gave me a BS sales pitch. I came to check Mark's Auto Repair out. I was expecting more of the same bs, but was pleasantly surprised to meet Dillon. He was polite, patient and honest. I felt I was in capable hands. He told me what was needed and even spoke to my husband about it. The work was done as promised and there were no surprises. I am a satisfied new customer and will continue here with any future work. Last week, I stopped in with a flat tire. Steve greeted me promptly and was polite, friendly, and professional. He got me in and out in what seemed like no time. I asked him about my tires, and he is highly knowledgeable!

He explained my questions, gave me peace of mind, and provided me with a detailed estimate for the future—he really impressed me!

If i could give them 10 stars, I'd give them 11. These guys were incredible from start to finish. Being new to the area and not the biggest car guy I took a chance and brught my car in. Steve helped me out right away and was in constant communication about everything going on, what price options I had for all the work I needed done. They were extremely helpful and considerate of my financial situation. There was zero upselling and nothing shady being pulled over on me. The prices are fair, if not more than fair. My car feels brand new. Thank you to Mark, Steve and the team! I will definitely be doing business with them for all my future car needs.

AMAZING!! First time experience. I had brakes, oil change, state inspection, fluids changed, and tires rotated. Dropped car in the morning, done by the afternoon. They even offered me a ride to work. My car now drives like it is brand new. So smoooth. Great customer service as well. Steve was great.
