Visited Laurel Circle today to see our mother. Jackie is amazing as always. So attentive and caring. She truly loves the residents here and they love her too. Jackie is THE reason why we feel that our mother is so well cared-for and safe. Please consider giving Jackie a raise. She's a gem and you should work hard to keep her at Laurel Circle.
The staffs are always eager to help. The place is nicely kept - clean and pretty. The residents are so warm and friendly. My husband and I are very happy to choose this place for our last chapter in life - golden age. So relaxed and the exercise programs are very helpful. Many activities to choose from each day.
I noticed that Medicare.gov has given Laurel Circle very poor reviews for health inspection 2 out of 5 stars, quality measures 4 out of 5 stars, and overall rating for your facility 3 out of 5 stars.
A premier facility that only accepts paying patients either through insurance or private pay and does not accept Medicaid patients should be considered a 5 star provider in every area. In seeking care for a loved one this is most concerning. Thanks.
I moved into Laurel Circle 6 months ago and it was the right decision. The staff is attentive and greets every resident by name and with a smile. There are endless activities, so it's impossible not to find something of interest. My visiting nephew referred to Laurel Circle as a cruise ship on land. The food is excellent, with casual dining available in the Cafe and Bistro, and more formal dining in The Monroe Dining Room. I can't recommend Laurel Circle highly enough. I have truly found my new home.
My first impression of laurel circle was the location, it felt like the countryside with beautiful trees, and flowers surrounding the property. Philip was a great help finding me my dream apartment on the ground floor which allowed me to continue pursuing my love for gardening. A big plus the food is varied and excellent, the chef is very personable he converses with the residents at dinner. The staff are extremely pleasant and very welcoming. The community offers transportation, which takes you to local shops, which is very helpful while familiarizing yourself with the area. I’ve decide to come to Laurel Circle because it is a reasonable drive to my daughter & accessible to Newark airport which allows me to still travel.
