You should only come here to study if you want to hear children screaming in the quiet area when you’re trying to get work done. It happens every time I come here

Quiet library to study. Friendly staff. Multiple stations with outlet for computers. Comfortable chairs for long hours sitting. Clean and well organized.

But the facility is not well maintained. Water from the fountain smells weird and bathroom does not flush. Need maintenance and update.

I usually need to make copies of PDFs created from Adobe website and or some copies of online blank applications of interest. So being that I had just gone to the library last year to do these similar actions-- I thought this would not be another ordeal. wrong, and this time it seemed worse. Apparently library software is regularly updated which means some of the steps that I had learned last year in order to make a copy were no longer applicable this year. Therefore my humble suggestion, not only from myself, but also from a fellow mature citizen there who also struggled with 'How to make copies', is that the Randolph Library software team please take this into account and to perhaps create an overall easier, intuitive and self-explanatory navigation that would also include larger and readable TEXT every step of the way, thereby creating a user-friendly joyful computer experience. Thank you

Really great library with good resources. They have a very good collection of books and reading materials. The space is big and well designed for reading and research activities. They also host various seasonal events throughout the year such as summer concert series etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful at all times.
