I purchased my mother's macbook from this store for Christmas last year and I could not be happier with the level of service I received. I was not too familiar with macs but Gene was very detailed in his explanation about all the different features. When I picked up my machine he and his staff helped my mother get familiar with the computer and showed her all the different programs. She is not great with computers but they all had great patience with her in showing the computer and answering all her questions. I would definitely recommend to others.

I buy all my computer equipment for my clients there. This company is fast and reliable and has never really let me down in the 2 years I have been doing business with them. I highly recommend this company for anyone that is looking to buy computers, laptops, or parts. There prices are very reasonable as well.

My mom bought a laptop here for my aunts bday and the only thing that my aunt had to call the store was to buy the $50.00 warranty for one year. The staff was polite to my family and very courteous. The customer service there is wonderful.

I've been a customer here for several years, very friendly employees, and excellent computer work, these guys can do anything... They fix computers that best buy or staples couldn't fix, they are absolutely the best in the area when it comes to PC, and macs. I currently have my 27" iMac at their store and they have been handling the repair so delightfully. The most attractive part about this business, is their sense of pride, it's more than just providing a service for money. These technicians take great pride in their work, in their accuracy, in their speed and most importantly in their honesty and loyalty to the customer. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone, even those not in the area as it is so difficult to find computer technicians that actually know what they are doing.
