Over the last few months, Precision #1 has completed several major projects on our house: installed a new roof, replaced the stucco siding with Hardie siding, upgraded the external lighting, and replaced the deck. We are very pleased with the results and with the way each project was carried out. The supervisors and crews assigned to the work were exceptionally skilled and professional. I had my master bathroom remodeled from a garden tub to a no barrier walk in shower. Prem's work was meticulous in every detail. It was the highest quality. He was easy to work with, communicated well and kept a clean and neat work site. He also offered solid, valuable opinions on how to complete the project and what materials to use. The entire process was effortless and stress free for me. He provided exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Precision One for any remodeling needs you have. After doing a lot of research on local siding contractors, we ended up choosing Precision Construction for our project and we are so glad we did. We had a fairly detailed job: replacing siding and installing plywood sheathing in an upstairs attic A-frame area, along with new siding, j-channel, and trim around the front door and bow window on our front porch. It was important to us to find a company that could deliver quality work, clear communication, and fair pricing, and Precision delivered on all three.

Communication: From the very start, Brian and Greg stood out. Communication is usually a weak spot with contractors, but not here. They responded promptly to calls, texts, and emails, and always made sure we understood what was happening at each stage. That level of responsiveness made the process smooth and stress free.

Pricing: One thing we really appreciated was how clear and accurate their estimate was. They took the time to ask questions, listen, and adjust to changes we made along the way. Even when the project timeline stretched a bit, the price they quoted was the price we paid, no surprises. That type of honesty and consistency is rare and very much appreciated.

Workmanship: The crew, Adam and Chris, did phenomenal work. They were meticulous in their attention to detail and willing to explain things as they went. Their suggestions went a long way toward improving the final result. I’ll admit, there was one instance where I didn’t take Adam’s advice about a receptacle box and I regretted it. Thankfully, both Adam and Chris came back (even after final payment was made) to make the adjustment, and now the result looks perfect. That kind of follow through speaks volumes about the pride the entire company takes in their work.

Materials: They matched the siding brand already on our home, so everything blended seamlessly. We also added a new railing, which not only looks great but feels very solid and high quality.

Flexibility & Problem Solving: No project goes perfectly, and ours was no exception. On day one, Chris discovered a major electrical fire hazard that required immediate attention and delayed progress. I’m incredibly grateful he caught it, another contractor could have ignored it. Throughout the project, when challenges popped up, we worked through them together with clear communication and practical solutions.

Final Result: The transformation is stunning. Our porch looks brand new, and the house as a whole feels completely refreshed. When the work was complete, we stepped back and were truly shocked at the stunning transformation of our home.

Months Later: Now that a few months have passed since completion, we’re still thrilled with the work. Everything has held up beautifully, and we continue to get compliments on how fresh and polished our home looks.
