we were driving back to Philadelphia a few days after Christmas and hit a dear on the Turnpike in Lancaster Co. Chuck got to us before the state highway patrol got to us and got us to a safe place. after getting us home, Chris was helpful working with insurance and got everything situated and covered for us.

Got a full flat while driving to college with a car load of suitcases. Mike Rosato arrived in the town truck in less than 10 minutes. He was calm, kind, and professional. He put on the spare and told us where to go. He is clearly an amazing and caring person and exactly what we needed when even AAA couldn’t get to us.

We worked with Orlando. He is amazing and super helpful with everything. He goes above and beyond to help you and answer your questions and concerns. His team and towing team especially John are amazing with their service. I would highly recommend their shop. Great work and I am super happy with their patience when it comes down to understanding why their customers are frustrated.

Phenomenal Experience!!! I cannot give this place enough accolades. After sustaining rear end and wheel damage to my beloved Porsche 911, I was so happy to be referred to this Porsche Certified Collision Center. My initial contact with Shivahn was friendly and reassuring. She gathered all the necessary intake info and set up the claim with my insurance carrier (State Farm). From that point on, Orlando oversaw the entire repair process from start to finish. He was OUTSTANDING!! He advocated on my behalf relentlessly with the insurance adjuster ensuring that the car be restored to its original condition. He continually kept me abreast of the status of the claim and repairs as we awaited delivery of parts from Germany. Orlando is "THE MAN", a true gentleman and perfectionist. What started out to be a dreadful evening in September turned into a rainbow of a day in October thanks to everyone at Rob's. If i could give 6 stars, I would.

I can’t say enough good things about Rob’s Towing and Auto Repair. I recently found myself in a tough spot when one of my company vans broke down unexpectedly while we were on a tight schedule. We were far from home and didn’t have a go-to mechanic in the area, so I took a chance and reached out to Rob’s based on their great reputation—and I’m so glad I did.

From the moment I made the call, their team was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Despite having a packed schedule, they understood the urgency of the situation and got us in on very short notice. Not only did they diagnose the issue quickly, but they also had the van fully repaired and ready to go that same day. They only charged me for the Tow which was highly affordable. I was amazed—not only by how fast they worked, but by the quality and transparency of their service. They kept me informed every step of the way, explained the repairs clearly, and treated the vehicle as if it were their own.

The atmosphere of the shop was great. While waiting, I had a chance to walk through their showroom, and it was like stepping into a time capsule of classic automotive history. They had an incredible collection of beautifully restored old cars on display, each one in pristine condition. You can tell the team at Rob’s doesn’t just work on cars—they truly love them. The showroom added a whole other dimension to the experience and made the time there genuinely enjoyable.

In a world where good service can be hard to find—especially when you're in a bind—Rob’s stands out as a business that truly cares.
