In the recent Bucks County Juneteenth thunderstorms, we lost all power and our generator did not come on for the first time in several years We called our HVAC contractor who recommended Ryan. This evening Ryan was experiencing his own power outage but made sure to treat us (first time customers) as valued long-time customers trying to walk us through self diagnosis on the phone during the first hours of the outage. Ryan’s team arrived promptly in the am after the storms and replaced our generator battery and did some servicing. He will be back with full servicing kit next week. We called at-least a dozen electricians who do generators and Ryan was the only guy to respond. Local and responsible, we could not be more thankful and grateful. Frankly after owning homes in 4 states over the years, we’ve never gotten this level of service from an electrician. Ryan and his team are excellent customer service people. Ryan and his team made it easy when I bought my first place! We did a walk through and talked about the lighting I wanted/needed vs extra wants and what can be done with the budget I was trying to stick to. Made my house lighting beautiful and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend for service and being able to get the job done in a timely manner. Will definitely be using for future lighting jobs!

I called Ryan after having a bad experience with another electrician. When he showed up it was a big relief. I knew he would deliver on his word and he did just that. He even was able to resolve an outlet issue that 3 prior electricians could not figure out. He was extremely respectful of our home and the work was clean.
