Property Hand Pro LLC worked with us for a couple of days and we are lucky to have found this company. Nelson is very reliable and is accountable. Nelson comes on time and always goes above and beyond. He is very quick to respond in text conversations and is excellent at communicating with us in person as well. We've had companies charge an outrageous price before; Nelson is friendly, honest, and has good character when it comes to pricing - this is hard to find. He fixed our plumbing, kitchen faucet, and shower heads; replaced our sump pumps, and painted and patched up ceiling damage from leaks. He didn't just fix them, he also gave recommendations based on our best interest and took into account what type of product would be best for our family and situation. He also cleans up after which is very nice. Overall, the company's customer service, price, and professionalism is 10/10. I would recommend this company to all of my loved ones. If I could give more stars I would. You won't regret choosing this company; highly recommend!
