I had a very nice experience with Charles. First of all, when he entered the exam room he was very knowledgeable about my case. He made a point of reading up on everything right down to where I was and what I was doing when I had my stroke. He was very thorough and compassionate. He even engaged conversation with my husband and made sure all our questions were answered.
I am very pleased with him.
