When you think small family Italian shop this place is it. I go there for my cheesecake addiction they have a lovely bakery side. They sell all the tradtional pizza shop items but there is more such as sausages and hung prosciutto other things only the Italians and there grandparents speak of because I dont know the names but its looks delicious

I bought a sandwich at this place, and it was really delicious! The sandwich was very big, well-made, and carefully prepared. It was definitely the best chicken cutlet I’ve ever had.

Very good grinders, best we have eaten in a while. Nice size lunch and dinner for pasta meals. On my sandwich I got extra cheese. I highly recommend if you are in the area. Secluded area. Have to try more items.

Little shoppe smack in the center of a quaint neighborhood. Grabbed a cheese slice (great ingredients, quality crust, lotta flop cuz there’s a lotta cheese and with that comes a good amt of grease) and a meatball grinder w provolone (frozen meatballs didnt hinder the taste experience). All in all, very good! Even grabbed a broc n cheese soup too and I absolutely would go for that again! Sadly, my uneducated, 1 language self had a hard time communicating with the nice man on the phone/register given our language barrier but, I appreciate his patience and warmness. Check them out, support local

I’ve been here a few times and have never been disappointed. It’s not much to look at from the outside or inside, it’s just really great food. Plenty of parking even when they’re crowded. Lots of great Italian and American deli choices. I’ve ordered ahead the few time I’ve eaten here. My order is always ready when I get there. The staff is very friendly, at times it feels like I’m back in New York. Today I got a meatball Parm grinder. Delicious sauce, seasoned meatballs, and great mozzarella. Very large for a grinder, for the second time I saved half for the next day which is out of character for me. I got my boss a roast beef with tomato and lettuce on a roll. She has eaten all over New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Her exact words were “Where did you get the sandwich from? It is the best roast beef I’ve ever eaten.” I’m thinking I need to try it the next time I order Cavallo‘s.
