Wow this is CRAZY reading all these reviews. I’ve rented through nearly a dozen landlords & Pat was BY A LANDSLIDE the best landlord I ever had. He kept our rent at a fair rate & even when he SOLD the location he put us in an extended lease to prevent the new buyer from raising our rent crazy. (That new landlord has now increased our rent by 100% in under 2 yrs) I was here under Pat for over a DECADE & he raised the rent maybe like 100$ in that ENTIRE time. Any time I needed something fixed he had it taken care of in a timely manner.

I’m honestly VERY skeptical of all these individuals with complaints. I have a gut feelings they have unreasonable expectations. Pat is self made from nothing, a family man & treats his tenants fairly. I can admit I can be a little bit of a complainer/Karen at times & he always calmed my worries. Then promptly address my concerns.

Even in a time where several cats were abandoned at a property (without his knowledge by tenants who up & left in the middle of the night) he came MULTIPLE times to try to get them removed. He allowed me to come in & out to give them food/water & a litter box until I could gain their trust to trap/remove them.

He allowed me to keep my animals, plant & keep a garden in the yard. I mean ALLL things he did NOT have to do. If you think this place is unprofessional I SURE HOPE you see what else is out there. Pat is a SAINT by comparison. -> Sure he wants his rent on time & to be fairly compensated. While you abide by the lease set. Outside YOU keeping YOUR end of the deal he is a ->>>> GEM among landlords.
