I have been living at Huntington Townhomes for almost 6 years. I am very pleased with my apartment and the entire complex. The community is well maintained, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently.
The manager and maintenance staff are very helpful and cooperative. They are truly concerned about the satisfaction of the residents and the condition of the community.
Huntington Townhomes is located on the edge of Shelton, close to the bordering towns of Trumbull and Stratford. We are close to stores, restaurants, and coffee shops, and enjoy living in a beautifully landscaped community.
It is a pleasure to live here, and that is why I have been here for as long as I have.
I love living at Huntington Townhomes! The management team is incredibly responsive any time we have a request, they handle it quickly and efficiently. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making it feel like home when you walk in.
One of my favorite things about living here is the sense of community. They regularly organize events that bring residents together, which makes it easy to meet neighbors and feel connected. It is rare to find an apartment complex genuinely caring about its residents, but they go above and beyond. I highly recommend them!
My wife and I have been in this community for going on 4 years and we absolutely love it! Kylie is one of the best Office Managers you will meet, very down to earth and personable. Steve the maintenance guy is the best, any time a work order is placed or there are any issues they are handled expeditiously. The team make it a point to keep the community and landscaping clean and well maintained. Everyone pretty much stays to themselves we have absolutely no complaints. (Very nice neighbors) The icing on the cake is we are located in one of the best locations, we are close by and within walking distance to many shopping centers and restaurants while being nestled back and hidden. The best of both worlds! We are centrally located to all the major highways, Rt 8, the Merritt and Rt 25. If you're looking for a community that offers comfort, safety, diversity, amenities and services this is the perfect place! We highly recommend!
We have lived at Huntington Homes for almost a year ! We love the peaceful living environment and the amenities. The tenant lounge is a great escape to relax and enjoy reading if you need to escape from your home to have some quiet time. The staff is personable and always willing to help!

I've lived at Huntington Townhomes for over 2 years and have had a good experience. The staff is always friendly and respond quickly if there are any concerns. The property is well maintained and I will say they company the have for snow removal is great and are usually here early which is much better than I can say for other complexes I have lived. Also, with this being community living, I personally haven't had any problems with noisy neighbors next to/above & below me. Being townhouse style it's really nice to not have anyone above or below you. The attached garage is a plus as well, most complexes it's an unattached garage that is an added fee. I only wish that there was more green space outside and maybe some fire pits to enjoy outside space more so than just the pool season. The location being right off Rt 8 and close to other main roads is a huge plus. Everything you need is close by!
