I am updating my review and adding one star. They a great for emissions and everyone there is very nice but for servicing I am on the fence. Communication there could be better. I did what was recommended at my first visit. My next visit I went for a very specific issue... my coolant warning came on that it was low and when I checked it it was below the minimum line. I called and stated that is what I wanted checked. And I was clear that is all I wanted checked. I wanted to figure out why it was low and fix it. Instead I get a call about a bunch of other things and half of those being what I did at my first visit. Which should only need to be done every 30k+. This was only 8k miles later. It was never explained to me that there would be a reason for me to come back and do them again. So after paying 1200 again for the same stuff the actual issue I went for was not taken care of. After my original review they did call me and said they looked and there were no issues or leaks. But it was low so I had to go and top it off myself and now I will wait to see if it gets low again. When I go in for a specific thing I want my specific issue addressed. I didnt ask for a full service that day. Just one issue. I would have gladly gone back if my original problem was taken care of. I appreciated the follow up call with a little clearer explanation but I am not 100% comfortable going back.

I went there to fix a slow leaking tire. The people were super nice and I was there like 5mins fastest service I ever received so I wanted to leave a review. Highly recommend this place. Fast, friendly service, what more could you ask for. The guy who serviced the tire name was Lind. Fixed the tire then checked air in all my tires. Thank you!!

Scheduled a vehicle for a tune-up, brakes and bearings. The technician was very thorough and found additional issues that would have cost more if done separately at another time. They were very thorough and did a great job in addition to communicating costs and keeping us informed of changes. Would highly recommend their services.

I had a great experience with Falbo's when I brought in my Mazda. The team was friendly, professional, and able to schedule me in quickly. They explained everything clearly, did excellent work, and had my car back to me same day. It’s great to find a local shop I can trust—highly recommend!

5 star business. Highly recommend all of your automotive needs for this shop. A few weeks ago Falbos replaced my battery that I was in and out of the shop in 15mins. Today they took a nail out my tire and patched it up for free. What automotive place doesn’t charge you for services in this day and age? I can’t thank the shop enough for their honesty, quick service, excellent customer service and friendly interactions. They are a blessing to the town of Seymour, CT and I would highly recommend that if you are looking to not be taken advantage of that you even make the drive out to this shop if you aren’t local for all of your automotive needs.
