Chris was very responsive for a drip in our shower. I had ordered the wrong cartridge and Chris helped me identify the correct one, and he returned promptly to install it.
Contacted Chris on a Saturday when a shut off valve under our bathroom sink was leaking. Chris responded right away and was there on Sunday morning to fix the problem professionally and quickly.
Selected Chris based on reviews from a social media group to replace two ten year old exterior no freeze faucets. Chris and his helper were polite, professional, neat, clean and thorough. He didn't just install the faucets, collect his fee and leave. He explained why the existing ones may have failed, explained the replacement parts and explained the dos and don'ts going forward. I plan to call Chris for all our plumbing needs going forward and so should you! PS - Later the same day, Chris sent me a thank you text. 4.5 stars for Chris for sure!
