I don’t usually post reviews but my experience working with Layvay Home Improvement was so seamless, I felt this one of those occasions. I had already seen the work they had done on other homes so they had come highly recommended. Once we reached out to them and set up the appointment, they literally walked us through every step of dealing with the Home owner’s Insurance including any calls and paperwork since we had wind damage to our roof. They were extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. Raul from Layvay even made himself available to meet with the insurance adjuster when they came out to make their assessment. We literally received the check within a week and Raul picked up the check and got the permit the same day. He scheduled the material to be delivered and the new roof installed 3 days later. Raul along with his crew arrived 7:30 in the morning and were done by 1:30 that afternoon. They moved and protected items in my yard where needed since I had solar lights and several potted plants. I was amazed at how professional this operation was. Definitely was just as exciting to watch how proficient the entire crew was. They left my yard cleaner than it was when they began. I plan on reaching out to my other neighbors that are also in need of a roof to recommend this company. Definitely a top tier company!
