I am so thankful for everyone at Mezzio's. I had a popped tire, brought it in and there was no lug nut key to be found. Mezzio's went above and beyond, trying different tools until they found one that worked. Additionally, they identified an oil leak I wasn't aware of and swiftly ordered the part and took care of it, keeping me informed every step of the way. Every interaction was friendly and reassuring. Truly exceptional service, I highly recommend Mezzio's for anyone looking for a trustworthy auto shop!
I went to Mezzio Auto for Emmision testing. I had just replced my vehicle's battery the week prior. I told them at the counter and went ahead and had my vehicle tested. It didn't pass. I needed to drive it a little more after the battery replacement. I returned to them this past week after driving out of state for Thanksgiving and passed emissions. Both my visits were about 30 minutes. The team at Mezzio Auto is friendly efficient and knowledgeable.
Always a great experience. I’ve had many maintenance services done. They are quick to answer any questions and are able to schedule appointments quickly (within a week of calling). The detailed report of future potential problems after any oil change is done as a courtesy and sent directly to me in a text. They are honest about what maintenance repairs are most important and should take priority. Highly recommend!!!
