Nadimi Dental Care LLC

I’ve had consistently great experiences with Dr. Nadimi and Yolanda, they are skilled, kind, and genuinely make dental visits comfortable. However, my concerns are entirely with the reception desk.
There has been an ongoing pattern of poor communication. When the doctor or hygienist recommends something, the front desk never reaches out to explain the next steps. Instead, I’m asked about decisions at my next visit by the hygienist as if I had already been informed. This has happened multiple times.
At my most recent appointment, I asked the receptionist about the communication (check phone number, email, something - because I do want a treatment done) and her response was surprisingly rude. She insisted that they had called, implied that I chose not to respond, and told me that this time I could call them myself instead of them reaching out to me. The tone and attitude were unprofessional enough that I didn’t continuing the conversation and then this lead to another unresolved issue that required me to call later and clarify things myself, which is still ongoing at my point of view. Because of these repeated communication problems, I no longer feel comfortable scheduling future appointments here. I plan to cancel my next appointment if I get a call back, I found a new place, but if I don't I will call back as it gets slowly gets closer to the date because I don’t want to deal with more dismissive behavior right now.
I originally chose this office because it was recommended through my chiropractor - but it's not worth it anymore. The reception staff is the face of the practice, and unfortunately, their attitude and lack of communication make it difficult for me to recommend this office to family or friends.

Yolanda did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and she is so gentle and thorough! Very friendly staff and great experience at the dentist which is always a surprise !

I had brought my mother-in-law in to see Dr. Nadimi for a broken tooth. Dr. Nadimi and his staff are extremely pleasant and caring. Dr. Nadimi took the time and explained everything and made us feel so comfortable. They are the best!!

Dr. Nadimi is a great dentist. He took his time explaining different options for me, is very kind, gentle and funny! All of the staff are very sweet.

We recently switched to this dental office and if I could give more than 5 stars I would.Dr Nadimi stays with you during the entire visit and does not run from patient to patient giving wery little personal care as our last dentist did. He repaired my broken tooth and prepared it for a cap and explained the process to me as he did it and I felt that the repair was awesome ! I went back the same day for my cleaning and it was the most thorough cleaning I've ever had. She worked on me for close to an hour and even did a mouth cancer exam. I would recommend anyone looking for a dentist to give them a call. Thank you to everyone in this practice. I really appreciate the care your giving me.
